  The Education, Project and Didactics of the Umbria Region carries out the following activities and projects: Educational Standards and certification planning, supporting the Regional Public services; Regional management of the Training and educational credits acknowledgement system; Compulsory Education Intervention coordination in order to avoid the drop out of school; Implementation and updating of Vocational profiles repertoire; Planning of Education, Training and employment integrated systems;  Promotion and development of activities to enhance the didactic offer quality; Carrying out of a certification system of skills coming from formal, non formal, informal learning pathways related to regional and national standards; Implementation of the National data bank about Education and Vocational Training offer.

There are three main lines of action. One aims to convert Segovia into a destination for quality of services. Another has a clear objective to diversify, providing new resources, new tourism products to help us break the image, seen Segovia as a city visited in one day. And the third one is to increase the awareness of the citizen to the values of our cultural heritage, while improving their understanding of the tourism phenomenon.

European Alliance for Responsible Tourism and Hospitality, EARTH


Earth
Launched in Brussels on October 2008, the European Alliance for Responsible Tourism and Hospitality (EARTH) is the first European Network created by experts of responsible tourism. The non-profit association is composed by private organizations based in 7 European countries (Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Germany, France, and Spain).

The National Environmental Education Centre (CENEAM) is part of the Autonomous Entity regulating National Parks, part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment. The centre’s mission is to increase awareness among citizens of their responsibility towards the environment, using environmental education to do so.
